Duke Energy’s Lynn Good to present Wells Fargo Executive Series Talk

Lynn Good, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy, is presenting the NC State University Poole College of Management’s Wells Fargo Executive Series talk on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. in 3400 Nelson Hall, 2801 Founders Drive, Raleigh, N.C. She will be speaking on the topic, “Leading with Energy.” There is no charge to attend but registration is required. Register online at go.ncsu.edu/poole.wfes.

Good has led the largest electric utility in the United States since July of 2013. In this presentation, she will discuss leadership from a couple of perspectives: what it means for a company like Duke Energy to lead in a new energy future and what it means for individuals and teams to lead in an organization.

Good previously served as chief financial officer and earlier led Duke Energy’s commercial and international energy businesses. SNL Energy in 2013 named her one of the 10 most influential people in the energy sector. Prior to joining the utility industry in 2003, Good had been a partner at Deloitte & Touche and earlier had been a partner at Arthur Andersen.

This lecture series is presented by the NC State Poole College of Management with support from Wells Fargo.
