Financial Times once again placed the NC State Jenkins Professional Online MBA program among the top 20 worldwide, at No. 17, in the publication’s 2018 Best Online MBA programs ranking. This is up one spot from 2017, the first time the NC State Poole College of Management program was included in this annual ranking by Financial Times.

The annual ranking included alumni feedback on various aspects of the online MBA experience. The Jenkins Professional Online MBA program was ranked No. 1 for both program delivery and online interaction, which reflects “the extent to which alumni rate the interaction between students, teamwork and the availability of faculty,” according to the publication.

The NC State program also was ranked in the top 10 for value. Alumni reported a 21 percent average salary increase three years after graduation, and 80 percent – one of the two highest scores – reported their aims were achieved.

“We are very pleased about this recognition, as it reflects our commitment to providing our online MBA students a quality, flexible and affordable program that enables them to prepare for career and personal advancement while continuing in their current roles,” said Steve Allen, associate dean for graduate programs and research at the NC State Poole College of Management.
