9:30am - 3:30pmLearning Lab - Discovering and Conveying Your Unique Value for an External or Internal Employer
A person is hired or promoted based on the value they offer in the new position. Students will use their CareerLeader results to write their LinkedIn summary and networking scripts. Students will also understand the benefits of networking and how they can leverage their network to advance their careers.

In this learning lab you will –

1. Identify your unique interests, skills, and other relevant competencies which differentiate you in the marketplace
2. Write your LinkedIn summary which differentiates you and captures the interest of the reader
3. Practice reaching out, meeting with contacts and conducting networking meetings

Pre-requisite – All students must complete a CareerLeader assessment and bring a copy to the workshop. Please request login credentials from John Hutchings,
