Eligibility criteria for the Decision Analytics and SAP certifications can be found on the respective program page.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in undergraduate and graduate work (combined, for those with graduate studies)
- Two years of full-time, post-baccalaureate professional employment is required for applicants to certificate programs.
- Standardized test scores (GMAT, GPA, TOEFL, IELTS) are not required to apply to a graduate management certificate program.
Jenkins Graduate Management Certificate programs are charged MBA tuition rates, which are based on the credit hours taken during an academic term. Certificate programs are 12 credit hours total.
Semester and total tuition costs will depend on the number of credit hours taken per academic term and NC Residency status. You can find details on the NC State Cashier's Office website referencing the MBA rates.
Note that students currently enrolled in a gradate degree program at NC State will pay their primary degree tuition rate as long as they remain an actively registered student in that program.
Current MBA Students
Currently enrolled NC State MBA students must complete the certificate data plan entry form and email it to their academic advisor to participate in a certificate program.
All prospective students not currently enrolled in the NC State MBA program (including NDS and graduate students at NCSU) must complete the Graduate School application for admission and select a certificate program as the desired major. Students accepted into certificate programs may begin taking courses in the first semester in which the appropriate course is being taught. Current degree students at NCSU are encouraged to apply to a certificate program as early as possible to increase the chances of MBA course registration.
