Jen Todd is a second year Jenkins MBA student focusing her studies in finance and business leadership. She grew up in Southern California, and received her undergraduate degree from Brown University in Rhode Island.

Jen is a passionate servant leader who believes that change is the only constant, and that diversity of thought is key to solving our complex global issues. She is fueled by community connection, using financial knowledge to make a positive impact on all aspects of mission-driven companies, and Mexican food.

As she develops herself as a future leader and friend, Jen seeks to constantly improve her skills and become ruthlessly optimistic. She welcomes perspectives from her peers on business or life, as she believes communicating with each other is key to understanding.
