Rob currently serves as Head of Digital Experience and Enablement for UBS Wealth Management Americas. Prior to UBS, he spent most of his career in consulting and solutions with stints at Deloitte, IBM, Cisco and Genpact. His main focus areas have been customer experience and digital transformation.

Rob lives in Davidson, NC with his wife, high-school daughter and a few pets. He has another daughter attending college and a son who recently graduated from college.

Rob enjoys reading, camping, running and playing guitar.
