What do you miss most now that you have graduated?
What are a few of the most impactful classes/lessons you learned during your time at NC State?
Consumer Behavior with Dr. Wood was the best class I ever took. I use lessons I learned from that class every single day in my job.
What advice would you give for prospective and current students who are interested in your industry/profession?
Strengthen your basic writing, reading, speaking skills and practice being creative every day. Know who your audience/target customer is and always keep them first in every campaign.
What advice do you have for prospective Jenkins MBA students?
Make classes and time to study a priority and understand it is a big a time commitment, but the more you put into it the more you get out of it in the end.
Could you give a brief explanation of your current line of work, and what has led you to it?
I work for an edtech company, Cengage Learning, that recently developed a subscription model for textbooks and course materials. I focus on marketing to our current customers and develop programs to increase retention, usage and advocacy.
