Keith Compson is a physical therapist with more than 17 years of clinical experience specializing in the evaluation and non-operative treatment of back and neck pain. Keith practices at UNC Health Care’s Imaging & Spine Center with a team of dedicated healthcare providers specializing in spinal pain. Through innovative treatment techniques and a patient-centered approach to care, he leads a team to achieve results superior to 75 percent of other PT clinics in fewer patient visits than 95 percent of clinics nationwide.
Keith received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY and a certification in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy. He believes in physical therapy and hope to give back to the profession and his community. To this end, he serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and also on the board of directors for the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association’s Scholarship and Loan Program. He aims to lead the change healthcare requires to deliver greater value, better quality and greater access to the state-of-the-art medical care our nation deserves. As an MBA candidate, he is acquiring the necessary business acumen, problem-solving and leadership skills necessary to achieve this goal.
