Dianne Binda

Dianne is a first-year MBA student majoring in Innovation Management and pursing the Business Leadership Certification. She has more than two decades of professional experience in education and leadership roles. She is skilled in motivating and leading cross functional teams, leading operations, providing direction for developing and implementing quality management systems, and providing training and technical assistance. She has spent the past 10 years working in education and human services, primarily in non-profit where she honed her expertise in early childhood education, mental wellness, health, family support, and program development using policies and research to enhance practices.

Dianne is passionate about leadership development, diversity and inclusion, coaching and mentorship, and is an advocate for vulnerable children and families. She believes that children’s early experiences can impact them for a lifetime and is committed to promoting equitable access to comprehensive development and educational services. 

Dianne was born and raised in Guyana, South America and moved to the United States in 1994. She currently resides in Apex, NC and enjoys traveling, cooking, coordinating events, being outside especially in the fall, and spending time with family and friends.
