Dana Lanner is a management professional with over 25 years of experience who works to help people in executive management, research and development, marketing, product development, sales and other critical functions collaborate and reach an objective in an efficient but thoughtful way, ensuring that people development and empowerment are as much a part of the process as the project centric tasks. Dana knows that the company truly is only as good as the people within it and to invest in those people is one of the most important investments an organization can make toward its future success. With a career spanning multiple industries and involving many years managing the legal aspects of intellectual property projects and working in client facing jobs, she carries a rich and broad perspective on how businesses and teams operate and how to meet customer expectations.
Dana has received the Star Award from Domtar Personal Care in 2017, the BMW Silver Profiles in Achievement Award in 2006, and the President’s Council Award in 2005 in recognition of her dedication and commitment to excellence.
Currently Dana is a MBA candidate at North Carolina State University, with concentrations in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Innovation Management, and Marketing, as well as a heavy emphasis on data analytics. She will graduate from the program in May, 2020.
