Yen is a second-year MBA student concentrating in Supply Chain and Finance Management. Currently, Yen serves as a graduate assistant, a peer coach to First-year MBA’s and Vice President of Graduate Supply Chain Club. In parallel with these activities, she also challenged herself with a part-time position as Americas Region Supply Chain Specialist at BioMerieux, a provider of diagnostic solutions, one of the main suppliers of Covid-19 testing for the US. Her position is to support the critical issues in Demand Management and Inventory Management.
Prior to MBA, Yen graduated with a Bachelor degree in Economics in 2015 in Vietnam. She then worked for three plus years for a medical device company in various functions including Regulatory Affairs, Product Management and Supplier Management. Yen was the point of contact with suppliers from all over the world, allowing her to build business acumen and international intelligence. To combine her quantitative strengths and critical soft skills accumulated from working experience, Yen decided to make a transition and focus on Supply Chain in her MBA program. Yen nurtured her passion in healthcare from working experience with the aspiration to contribute to make people healthier and better.
