Hometown: Johnson City, NY
Previous Degrees & Institutions: B.S. in Human Development, Binghmaton University

Q: Tell us something about yourself that we might be surprised to find out.
A: I was born and raised in Upstate NY and never learned to ski.

Q: What’s the most fun or enlightening experience you’ve had in the MBA program so far?
A: Consumer Behavior – it was such a great class! I encourage everyone to take it, even if you aren’t a marketing concentration. It will totally change the way you shop and experience marketing/advertising as a consumer.

Q: If you had 5 minutes to teach someone something new, what would you teach?
A: The basic steps to Salsa dancing; it’s a good thing to have in your back pocket.

Q: What’s the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
A: When things are crazy and life gets in the way, be sure to make time for family and friends, even if it’s just a five-minute phone call or meeting for a drink. Our friends and family are the people that keep us grounded and allow us to let loose and enjoy life, and it’s great to be able to do that during stressful times.

Q: What’s your favorite song to cheer you up, get you pumped up, or ready to face the day?
A: Calvin Harris – “Feel So Close.” This song hasn’t left my gym playlist since it came out!

Q: What’s your dream job/career goal?
A: To own a winery in Napa Valley.
