Radical Collaboration: Sharing Perspectives to Help You with Intentional Growth
The Jenkins MBA Women’s Club is excited to host its sixth annual Innovative Women’s Conference! This year, we are hosting our events in March to honor Women’s History Month.
If you have:
- A commitment to become a better version of yourself from where you are now
- A desire to work better with others in a trust-based environment while embracing Diversity & Inclusion
- An appreciation for being in a community of women and their allies who can support your personal and professional growth…
You will enjoy our line-up of panelists and the well-rounded tracks that span from work-life-balance, diversity and inclusion to entrepreneurship. The conference is designed to bring our community of women together in the Triangle area – from graduate students to entrepreneurs and corporate executives – to encourage discussion and relationship building.
Innovative Women’s Conference-Held Virtually
Enjoy a full-day of engaging speakers, panels and workshops, featuring a powerful keynote address from Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer, Gina Loften.
The first priority of our day is to provide an environment where each participant can set their intention of attending the Innovative Women’s Conference. To do so, we will provide an interactive workshop led by Dr. Leigh Shamblin, Poole College of Management’s Director of Leadership, who will introduce the challenging questions we must address to begin designing our lives. If you’d like a jump start before the conference on this topic, we encourage you to study up on the book Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans.
In honor or HERStory month, Poole College of Management alumnae will share their personal stories and showcase HERstory honorees during Friday’s virtual conference.
