Why NC State’s Professional Evening MBA Program?
I had a wonderful experience at NC State as an undergraduate, so when I was considering graduate MBA programs, it was easy to zero in on NC State. Also, my sister took some MBA courses during her Masters in Microbial Biotechnology program, and I was attracted to the bioscience management concentration by listening to her talk about her experiences in the program and following her professional path.

Why NC State’s Professional Evening MBA Program?
My goal is to become a manager and eventually a department head in healthcare. The MBA program is providing me with the core knowledge and skills required to achieve this goal. I chose NC State over others for three main reasons. The first reason is for the flexible schedule. With three young kids at home and a full-time job, I need that flexibility. The cost of obtaining this degree is far more reasonable at NC State than at other comparable programs. The third reason I chose NC State is for the emphasis on practical knowledge and many opportunities to apply learning in a practical way throughout class.

Why NC State’s Professional Evening MBA Program?
I chose to get an MBA to enhance my technology skill set with the ability to codify my work within a business context. With my employer’s support, it has already added value to my existing projects and relations at work. NCSU was my school of choice because it has a great core program with a diversity of concentrations for special interests.

Why NC State’s Professional Evening MBA Program?
I admire the industry relevant curriculum and expertise that Jenkins MBA provides as well as a teaming approach with other students to really assimilate the learning and use it in real life. I would like to learn about the new frontiers in BioSciences and Innovation amidst a network of students who are coming from other industries and with their own experiences. An MBA from a reputed school such as NC State will certainly fuel an important network expansion and career growth beyond what I have been able to achieve thus far.

Unparalleled value combined with flexibility in a prime location. NCSU’s professional MBA program is highly ranked while providing the option to blend courses between main campus, RTP campus, and online. I personally love the convenience of attending classes so close to my employer in RTP, but also having the option to take classes in other locations.

I chose NC State’s Jenkins MBA program because of the practical and hands-on coursework. The focus on innovation as it relates to management directly ties in with our professional experience and reflects the “Think and Do” mentality of the University. That, paired with the enthusiasm and dedication the administration, faculty, advisors, and staff show for our success fosters a wonderful environment for graduate studies!

Why NC State’s Professional Evening MBA Program?
The campus location and program flexibility helps to maintain better balance of my work-study-life. The reputation of the program yields better returns on the investment, while it is still affordable among top schools. I was able to attend a class through a Student Ambassador, Katie Jones, and I was able to feel engaged with the lecture – I decided this is the right program for me. The practicum courses, real-world case studies, vast alumni and student clubs are additional.
