The Jenkins Program aims to bring people of multicultural backgrounds together to share their diverse experiences to grow personally, academically and professionally.
Our Community
Here at Poole College, you will join a community of like-minded people with whom you’ll form lasting relationships — whether in class, through one of our many extra-curricular activities or at one of our frequent social and professional events.
We consistently hear that our students and their partners develop close, lifelong friendships with classmates, faculty and staff during their time in the program.
It’s the personal connections I made that far exceeded my expectations of any MBA program.

For people of a certain age, hearing "pivot" elicits memories of Ross, Rachel and Chandler, a couch, and a narrow stairwell.
For others, include @NCStatePoole entrepreneurship researchers, it has a specific meaning: a venture`s change of direction, triggered by the pursuit of a different opportunity.
Jon Carr sat down with us to talk about why he`s interested in pivots. ➡️ for highlights

The concept is gaining traction, but is it right for your business? @ncstatepoole professors Patrick Flynn and Karen Jansen suggest asking these key questions before making the switch:
❔ Does shifting to four days mean simply shutting down for an additional day per week?
❔ Should employees receive full-time pay for part-time work?
❔ How does less working time align with your organization’s customer schedule?
