Global Experiences

NC State provides all Jenkins MBA students with opportunities to experience business and culture outside of the United States. Students gain global personal and professional development experience while completing the MBA program.

Overview

In addition to internships and practicums with corporate partners, Jenkins MBA students are strongly encouraged to gain practical experience within a global market as part of their MBA education. Each spring and summer, MBA students have the opportunity to participate in international immersion programs that offer both elective and core courses.

Students who visited Prague in July 2022 earned course credit for MBA 535 (Leading Teams) and MBA 532 (Residency 2)

France: Art & Science of Negotiation in Paris

March 9-15, 2024 | $4,700

During a week of studying the Art and Science of Negotiation, NC State Jenkins Graduate students will enjoy a week of highly interactive classes taught by a world-renowned expert.

Jenkins students have the opportunity to spend the week in Geneva and Zurich examining various organizations that play a key role in assessing and monitoring risk and how major corporations manage risk and remain resilient.

Germany: Innovation and Marketing Systems in Munich
