Culture and Community

The Jenkins Program aims to bring people of all backgrounds together to grow personally, academically and professionally.

Our Community

Here at Poole College, you will join a community of individuals with whom you’ll form lasting relationships — whether in class, through one of our many extra-curricular activities or at one of our frequent social and professional events.

We consistently hear that our students and their partners develop close, lifelong friendships with classmates, faculty and staff during their time in the program.

“It’s the personal connections I made that far exceeded my expectations of any MBA program.”

Gabrielle McQueen

Senior Data Team Lead, IQVIA

When alumnus Dennis Mabe '22 entered the #NCStateMBA program he had one goal: become the CEO of his organization.

Mabe began his career as a meter reader for Randolph Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) and developed his path to become a vice president. To take the next leap Mabe explored MBA programs and landed on the Wolfpack, his alma mater, thanks to the caliber of graduates coming out of the program.

He focused on opportunities to expand his knowledge of finance — to pair with an existing background in operations and engineering.

Price gouging — what's really going on?

Dr. Rob Handfield breaks down the complex issue of rising food prices:
🛒 Food expenditure share is highest since the 1990s, but lower than 50 years ago
