Full-Time MBA Curriculum
The Full-Time MBA curriculum is rooted in real-world experiences and practical skills that will grow your career within a technology-driven, global marketplace.
Full-Time MBA Experience
Our core curriculum focuses on technology, research, business processes, and practical applications in a collaborative learning environment. Electives and specialized certificates can also be chosen to meet your unique interests and career needs.
For every hour spent in the classroom, students typically spend two to three hours outside of class studying and working in teams.
The Jenkins MBA offers seven dual-degree programs that take advantage of NC State’s top-ranked programs in engineering, design and the sciences, preparing graduates for leadership roles in high-tech firms.
Career Coaching
Full-Time students have access to unlimited one-on-one career coaching.
Summer Internships
Full-Time students typically complete a program-focused internship between their first and second year.
Course Requirements
The first two semesters of the program consist mostly of core courses — most of which are offered on campus during regular business hours. The second half of the program is when students typically complete the majority of their electives and specialized courses, which are most often completed via online and/or evening courses; this provides full-time students an opportunity to collaborate with our Professional Online MBA students.
IMPORTANT: The courses below provide an overview of the program’s breadth, but specific program requirements can change. As this publicly-available list is updated a limited number of times annually, current students should contact their academic advisor for the most up-to-date course information.
Full-Time Degree Requirements
Degrees earned will be distributed as: "Master of Business Administration" without focus area specifications.
